Ask yourself a clear question right before you fall asleep, and see if your subconscious might answer! Before practicing this, think of all of the things that you did well that day. So, remember and envision any moments during the day that you were proud of yourself - even for the smallest thing! If you can't think of anything, let yourself relax into it... Even if the only thing you can think of is, "Right now I'm taking the time to experience this self-connection technique!" 

On the other end of the spectrum, if this feels easy, list as many as you have ready and allow yourself to feel the beautiful glow of self love rise through your body and into your face and then into your mind. Go deeper into your memories of the day and find more and more detailed examples of healthiness, self-love, or feeling proud of yourself. Allow yourself as much time and space as you feel comfortable to thoroughly enjoy the physical and emotional feelings that occur as you thank yourself and congratulate yourself for doing your best in those parts of the day. (No need to self-evaluate other parts of the day at this time.)

After you have allowed yourself to fully connect into your self-love, then say hello to your subconscious mind - to your dreamer self! Ask you subconscious if it would be willing to help you answer an inquiry tonight, a question about your life or yourself (or, really about anything!) through your dreams while you sleep.

If you feel a "yes" response, then phrase your question clearly, with ideally just one sentence. It doesn't have to be a yes or no question, however. It can be anything, but nonetheless let it feel very clear and straightforward in terms of phrasing. Then, repeat it a few times and think through the question itself, so that your subconscious really hears your request and has time to process the question... and input it into your own brain. Then, let the magic happen!

She'll help you along the way. Even if you don't wear the shirt that night just tapping in to the ET Oracle energy is perfectly sufficient!
